Do you need a ethical winter jacket? We have got you covered. Here are 5 jackets to keep you bundled up this winter.

1. Nau’s Oslo Down Jacket

Nau is setting high social and environmental standards for their products. It mindfully engages in every step of the production process. It considers every aspect in the life of your clothing – before, during and after you own it.
Better isn’t just about product, it’s about people. Nau partners with people who create lasting positive change for the environment, global economy and people in need. Their Partners for Change program gives 2% of the sales to support these efforts.
Their Oslo Down Jacket is fully waterproof, mid-length and will keep you warm in the harshest conditions with an insulating layer of 650-fill recycled down. It features an attached hood, internal storm flap and snap cuffs.

2. Ecoalf’s Livorno Down Coat

Ecoalf only uses the highest quality recycled, sustainable fabrics to create a new generation of eco-friendly products. PrimaLoft insulation is a blend of polyester fibers and down/feather with RDS certification. The Responsible Down Standard is an independent, voluntary global standard that recognizes the best practices in animal welfare, and excludes those that violate the animal’s well being.
The Livorno Down Coat, a long black quilted coat with a matt black outer and deep PrimaLoft and down quilted lining. The coat features a two-way hem to hood zip, 4 zipped outer pockets, rear vent with concealed snap fastening and a zipped internal chest pocket. Made using recycled nylon from fishing nets with PrimaLoft down blend insulation.
Ecoalf already recycled more than 80 tonnes of fishing nets.

Patagonia’s mission is to build the best quality clothing and gear that lasts you for years.
Their goal is to reduce the adverse social and environmental impacts of their products and to make sure they are produced under safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions throughout the supply chain.

Wully Outerwear, formerly “Mammoth Outerwear” is a premium vegan lifestyle brand synonymous with quality, warmth and style. Their jackets are produced and designed in Toronto and are all kept animal free, while donating $10 from each jacket sold to the Association for the Protection of Fur-Bearing Animals. They also created the Trade Up Programm which means you can trade in your Canada Goose or similar fur trim parka and get up to $300 off!  All jackets collected will be distributed by charity to homeless and at risk individuals in need.
