We were one of the first to jump onboard and promote Do the Green Thing, a public service that inspires people to lead a greener life. saved is a new initiative from Green Thing where unwanted and unloved T-shirts are saved from waste by adding a design and story that makes them wanted and loved again. Not only have lots of regular people sent T-Shirts in to be saved, lots of less-than-regular celebrity people have too: like Imogen Heap and Marina and the Diamonds. £20.00. Get yours from their Facebook shop (ships everywhere) and see what kind of t-shirt, with its story, you will have saved.

GET INVOLVED: We all have skeletons in our cupboards, but we also all have a few old T-shirts from some long forgotten band, or that sales conference in Rotterdam ten years ago. We promised ourselves we’d wear it to the gym, blah, blah, but that never really happened did it? Now it’s time to dig out that abandoned T-shirt and send it to Green Thing where they will love it, pet it, recycle it, and give it a new home. Don’t worry, it can be saved. All money supports Green Thing, a not-for-profit organisation set-up to inspire people to lead greener lives.
