Joanna Cave was brought up on a Cyclaedic Island by a Greek mother and an English father. She went to an international school in Athens, and then studied jewellery in London. All her jewellery is handmade, using pearls, pebbles, threads and silver (all sourced from the Greek Islands) imaginatively combined and using a variety of techniques to create original designs and a constantly evolving body of work. She now designs and creates all of her jewellery collections at her Athens-based studio in Greece. She has been invited to Estethica.
