Last weekend Canadians threw open the doors to their cottages and summer houses and this weekend Americans will do the same. And once again, another summer season will be upon us. These gorgeous hand-printed linens from Plover Organics remind me of days spent in the sun and nights spent snuggled up to the cool summer breezes. Plover Organic makes 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton textiles for the home because they wanted to make organics fun, beautiful and accessible. The organic cotton in their linens comes from non-genetically engineered seeds grown in soil that is free of pesticides, herbicides or other cytotoxins. They use a hydrogen peroxide bleaching process and only low-impact, fiber reactive dyes. Plover Organic is designed in the U.S.A. and made in India using Fair Labor. Magnifeco!

All their quilts are made of 100% organic cotton sateen, 250 thread count. Batting is 100% organic cotton. Each one is reversible, and is printed and quilted by hand. In three sizes: Twin (68″ x 88″), Full/Queen (92″ x 96″) and King/Cal King (104″ x 96″). Prices start at $285 USD for twin.
