PARIS – Keeping eye on French fashion, Magnifeco is sharing the latest news about this certified French fashion brand; Kami Organic is merging professional approach to fashion production, French style and organic materials.

The founder of the brand, Didier Willard, is not only a passionate entrepreneur and fashion professional, but is also a sailor. This close contact with ocean and nature evolved into strong commitment to protect environment when, in 2009, Willard founded a fashion brand that respects both nature and aesthetic values – Kami Organic.

The current collection for summer 2013 is smart, elegant, mature and full of bright colors. Inspired by the colors of a tropical garden merged with elegance of neo couture wardrobe, Kami Organic is not using vegetal dyes, but all the facilities they are working with are certified and verified by internal auditing dfor safe use of water and water treatment. The choice of fibres is ‘organic’ – organic cotton, wool treated without any chemicals and tencel made of eucalyptus. All the sourced materials and production is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) and ISO 1014 which assures transparency and traceability. The collection is made in Europe apart of some knits, which are made in Madagascar.

On top of this, every piece of the collection is “made to measure” for the active, style-conscious woman. With holidays in mind, Kami Organic is bringing ease and joy of travel in a comfortable and modern manner. You can mix and match knitted tops with super well tailored trousers, wear a smart jacket on a dress; appearing well put together and stylish all the while matching your values.

With its French origins, Kami Organic is available in most Western European countries as well as in USA. Surprisingly, its results show the French market a little slow, but Kami Organic believes that a woman is buying clothes to look and feel good; awareness about added value in the sustainable approach comes after. This approach is important for seducing the French market where sustainability is not yet a hot topic.
