Pachacuti was the world’s 1st Certified Fair Trade Company by WFTO. Founded in 1992, as a result of founder Carry Somers’ passion for improving the lives of Andean producers, their communities and preserving traditional skills in textile productio, Pachacuti designs Fair Trade clothing, accessories and is a specialist in genuine panama hats produced by Andean cooperatives.

Somers has spent over twenty years traveling to the Andean Region and visiting cooperatives where Pachacuti have long-term partnerships; helping women learn skills through training and education and giving them livelihood opportunities. A great example of shopping with purpose. Not only are these fedoras perfect for all seasons, Pachacuti makes them for both men and women!
